For our Tenity Singapore operations, we’re looking for a self-driven personality with a deep sense of ownership and quality towards delivering our startup incubation programs, and corporate open innovation activities, for Fintech, Insurtech, Regtech and Deep tech.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support Investment and Scouting Lead in deal sourcing, screening, and evaluation for early stage Fintech and Insurtech investment opportunities
Perform market research to identify and document key technology and industry trends across the Asia Pacific region
Perform competitive industry analysis on key assets and investment opportunities
Assist in preparation of investment execution documentations
Initiate conversations with prospective startups and ecosystem partners to actively take part in the regional ecosystem
Support the greater team in organizing and managing various events hosted by the team, and any additional tasks required to support program operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
[Critical] Near fluent communication (both written and verbal) capability in English
[Critical] Good communicator who can deliver their insights and opinion clearly in an organized manner
[Critical] High interest in the startup ecosystem, investments, financial services, and/or technology
[Critical] Self-starter who can work seamlessly in a team environment
[Plus Point] Pursuing degrees in business, finance, and/or technology
[Plus Point] Previous internship or professional experience in the financial services sector
[Plus Point] Familiarity with Web3 technologies and business models
Administrative Requirements
Only candidates with necessary work permit and DO NOT require a visa sponsorship will be considered for the position.
Only candidates who are physically based in Singapore will be considered for the position, and all team members are expected to report to office physically on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and other days where you are asked to be physically present for ad-hoc meetings and events.
Only candidates that can commit full-time (9am – 6pm Monday – Friday) will be considered for the position.
We are seeking an intern to join us from 5th Jan 2026 to 5th June 2026 with some room for flexibility.
