In this role, you will act as a bridge between our innovations and the market, helping our Corporate Partners to meet their innovation goals.
Key Task & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of innovation programs and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand partner needs and align our programs and services to meet their goals.
- Proactively communicate updates, opportunities, and outcomes to partners.
- Engage with partners to gather feedback and identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized innovation services.
- Facilitate workshops and networking events to create value for partners and startups.
- Monitor partnership program success and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Develop strategies to deepen partnerships and expand our ecosystem network.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in managing startup programs, with a proven track record of driving success and engaging effectively with startups. Experience with open innovation programs in a corporate setting is a plus.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders is essential, pointing to a need for excellent organizational and execution skills.
- Building strong relationships with founders, partners and external stakeholders, requiring clear, effective communication and the ability to foster productive connections.
- A genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for the challenges startups face is key.
