Key Task & Responsibilities
- Assist Program Managers in the planning and execution of incubation programs and events.
- Help coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communications.
- Collect and maintain program data and participant records.
- Support the Partner Manager in maintaining relationships with corporate partners.
- Assist with the delivery of partner services and resources.
- Contribute to the preparation of partner reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to the Investment Manager, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist with research and due diligence for potential startup investments.
- Help monitor the performance of portfolio companies and track key metrics.
- Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties as needed.
- Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts by creating content and engaging with the startup community on social media.
- Collaborate with team members on various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Your Profile
- [Critical] Fluent communication (both written and verbal) capability in English
- [Critical] Good communicator who can deliver their insights and opinions clearly in an organized manner
- [Critical] High interest in the startup ecosystem, investments, financial services, and/or technology
- [Critical] Self-starter who can work seamlessly in a team environment
- [Plus Point] Pursuing degrees in business, finance, and/or technology
- [Plus Point] Previous internship or professional experience in the financial services sector
- Only candidates with necessary work permit and DO NOT require a visa sponsorship will be considered for the position.
- Only candidates who are physically based in the greater Zurich area during the Internship will be considered for the position.
- Only candidates that can commit full-time (9am – 6pm Monday – Friday) will be considered for the position.
