In this role, you will act as a bridge between our innovations and the market, helping our Corporate Partners to meet their innovation goals.
Key Task & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of innovation programs and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand partner needs and align our programs and services to meet their goals.
- Proactively communicate updates, opportunities, and outcomes to partners.
- Engage with partners to gather feedback and identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized innovation services.
- Facilitate workshops and networking events to create value for partners and startups.
- Monitor partnership program success and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Develop strategies to deepen partnerships and expand our ecosystem network.
Your Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in innovation consulting, managing open innovation projects and delivering impactful results.
- Proven project management skills, successfully handling multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain productive relationships.
- Hands-on experience in delivering innovation services and facilitating workshops and events.
- Ability to translate partner needs into actionable program and project deliverables.
- Passionate about emerging technology trends and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Empathetic understanding of early-stage startup challenges and how to address them.
