Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Local & Regional Marketing Strategy

  • Lead and execute the marketing strategy to enhance Tenity’s brand visibility and impact in Singapore and APAC.
  • Localize European/global brand campaigns and initiatives to fit regional markets.
  • Develop and implement regional-focused campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage Singapore and APAC-specific messaging to align with local market needs.
  • Define local marketing KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.


Campaign Delivery for Partner Programs

  • Develop comprehensive communication plans for partner programs in the region.
  • Coordinate with program managers and clients to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with the Tenity global team to create branding and visual assets as needed.


Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional strategies with global objectives and contribute to global marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for marketing activities in Singapore and APAC.
  • Foster strong relationships with local ecosystem players, media, and partners.
  • Actively manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing assets.


Your Profile

Musts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand and regional campaign management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience localizing global marketing campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Nice add ons

  • Experience working in the tech or startup ecosystem.
  • Established network within the APAC ecosystem and media.
  • Familiarity with open innovation and fintech concepts.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional APAC language is a plus.
