Tenity is an innovation service provider, early-stage investor, and global fintech ecosystem with offices in London, Zurich, Singapore, Madrid, Istanbul, and Tallinn.
As we expand our presence across the Nordics and Baltics, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Hub Director to lead our operations, client service delivery, and ecosystem growth in the region. This is a high-impact leadership role combining business development, operational oversight, service execution, and ecosystem orchestration.
You will be responsible for growing our presence and brand in the region, ensuring exceptional program and service delivery to our clients, driving commercial opportunities, and fostering meaningful connections across our community of startups, corporates, investors, and mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key regional representative for Tenity in the Nordics and Baltics, taking full ownership of regional revenue targets by developing and closing innovation and investment-related commercial opportunities
- Lead proactive outreach and relationship-building to generate a strong pipeline of corporate, public, and institutional clients, designing tailored innovation and investment programs aligned with partner needs.
- Develop strategic proposals aligned with client needs and Tenity’s innovation and investment services.
- Lead the planning and execution of Tenity’s innovation programs, investment activities, and ecosystem offerings in the region.
- Drive operational improvements to ensure scalability, efficiency, and margin optimization without compromising service quality.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and high-value local innovation ecosystem that brings together startups, corporates, investors, and public sector actors.
Your Profile
- 6–10 years of experience in operations, program management, business development, or general management roles in innovation, venture capital, or the startup/scale-up world.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering multi-stakeholder programs or services — ideally involving startups, corporates, or public agencies.
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex workstreams involving multiple partners and priorities.
- Skilled in structuring high-value innovation and collaboration programs that generate real business impact.
- Existing networks in the Nordic/Baltic startup, innovation, or financial ecosystems are a strong advantage.
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder, comfortable representing Tenity at both grassroots and executive levels.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on — with a strategic mindset and operational rigor.
- Fluent in English; additional Nordic or Baltic language is highly preferred.
- Legally eligible to work in the EU and willing to be based in Tallinn or another relevant hub city.
